   wow. i agree 100%. as always you say in a wise and perfect way what i am thinking. i can never say it as well as you. i have always found the term offensive. and your three groups are what i also see.
   i don’t understand how we have let this happen. how is promotion and education and support suppose to happen if we are always on the defensive?

   oh and sorry for stirring the pot on your other post, if i did.
